The project itself :
Project Overview
MoovingON is a cloud operations company that provides an Always‑On command center for production environments, combining the moovingon.ai platform with 24/7 NOC, monitoring, SRE, and DevOps services. The goal of the product UI is to give CloudOps, SRE, and NOC teams a single place to see alerts, understand impact, and trigger automated remediation so they can reduce downtime, cut noise, and protect revenue.
Problem:
Cloud environments generated large volumes of fragmented alerts across different monitoring tools, making it hard for operations teams to understand what really matters and respond quickly. Existing dashboards lacked a unified view of incidents, runbooks, and business KPIs, which slowed response times, created on‑call fatigue, and limited transparency for stakeholders.
Goal:
Create a unified, Always‑On control center that gives operations teams clear situational awareness, fast incident handling flows, and confidence to automate remediation at scale. The UI needed to reduce cognitive load, surface the right alerts at the right time, and support both day to day monitoring and deep incident investigations across complex cloud stacks.
My role:
As a UX/UI Designer, was responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end user experience of the moovingon.ai platform, from early concepts to final interface design. Worked closely with product managers, developers, and operations experts to translate complex CloudOps workflows into clear, intuitive, and actionable screens for NOC and SRE teams.
Responsibilities:
Conducting research
Mapped user journeys and flows.
Digital wireframing
Designed wireframes and prototypes
Conducted interviews with NOC teams
making high-fidelity prototype
All about the user :
User Research
To understand how NOC, SRE, and DevOps teams actually work, user interviews and contextual inquiries were conducted with operators from different customers using MoovingON’s services. The research focused on how they monitor production, handle alert storms, escalate incidents, and communicate status to stakeholders, revealing gaps in visibility, collaboration, and confidence in automation.
Pain Points
Fragmented tooling
Teams jump between multiple monitoring, logging, and ticketing tools to understand a single incident. The lack of a unified view slows investigation, creates duplicated work, and makes handovers between shifts confusing
Limited business context
Existing dashboards often show technical metrics without tying them to customer or revenue impact. As a result, on‑call engineers find it hard to prioritize issues and to communicate clearly with managers during incidents.
User Journey Map
The user journey map for MoovingON focuses on how NOC, SRE, and DevOps teams move through the platform in their daily work, from monitoring to incident resolution. It connects each step of their workflow to specific screens such as on‑call, teams, users, roles, events, and guidelines, as seen in your design exploration board.

Starting the Design
For MoovingON, the design process began with organizing all identified workflows into clear clusters such as on‑call management, teams, users, roles, events, and guidelines. This helped translate complex CloudOps concepts into concrete screens and modules that could be tested and iterated quickly based on user needs.
Wireframes & Prototypes
Digital wireframes are the first structured version of your layouts, focusing on hierarchy, content blocks, and interactions without final visuals like colors or typography.
In the MoovingON project, these wireframes helped explore dense data tables, on‑call views, and event flows quickly, validate navigation with stakeholders, and align the team before moving into high‑fidelity UI design.
The clear version :
ReDesign
Redesign work on the MoovingON platform focused on transforming a fragmented, legacy interface into a cohesive, modern command center for cloud operations. The new design reorganized navigation, clarified information hierarchy, and made critical data such as incidents, on‑call status, and guidelines more discoverable and scannable for NOC and SRE teams.

Outcome
The redesign of the MoovingON platform resulted in a clearer, more actionable operating environment for NOC, SRE, and DevOps teams, enabling them to detect, triage, and resolve incidents faster while reducing alert noise and cognitive load. By unifying key workflows on‑call management, events, guidelines, and roles into a consistent interface, the product now better supports 24/7 operations, improves collaboration between shifts, and strengthens MoovingON’s positioning as an “Always‑On” cloud command center for its customers.
